GENERAL INFORMATION

Only scheduled clients are permitted within the premises during appointments. No children under any circumstances are allowed in Refresh due to the nature of our services provided.

Upon entering the facility, kindly switch your mobile devices to silent mode and store them with your personal belongings, refraining from bringing them on the treatment table with you.

Our establishment does not offer refunds for products or services. For any concerns or dissatisfaction with your experience at Refresh Beauty Bar, please contact Holly via email at refreshbeautybar1@gmail.com for prompt assistance and resolution.

Discounts cannot be combined, including but not limited to punch card benefits, email promotions, special offers, vouchers, or any other promotional incentives.


SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

We encourage you to schedule and reschedule online, if you have questions or run into problems while booking online please give us a call.

We provide a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. In the event of lateness, please notify us promptly. Failure to arrive within this grace period will result in a shortened appointment or a rescheduling of the service, with full responsibility for 100% of the service cost incurred on that day.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is mandatory for all bookings. This deposit will be applied to your appointment during checkout.

To reschedule, kindly provide at least 24 hours' notice before your appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will incur a loss of deposit and a new deposit will be required for your next scheduled appointment. Clients who fail to notify us of cancellations (no call/no show) will be charged 100% of the service cost that day and will be ineligible to schedule future appointments. In the event of an expired or invalid card on file, an invoice will be sent via text and email, with payment due within 24 hours.

Please note that cancellation fees are non-refundable and cannot be credited towards future appointments.

Repeated rescheduling of appointments for three consecutive instances will result in the inability to book future appointments.


PRODUCT AND ONLINE ORDERS

All product purchases are final and nonrefundable. However, should your skin have an adverse reaction to a product, you may exchange it for a more suitable alternative within a two-week period from the date of purchase.

We do our very best to ship online orders next day but please anticipate up to three business days for processing and shipping of online orders. Refresh Beauty Bar cannot be held liable for theft once delivered or inaccuracies resulting from incorrect address input.
