All about the eyes

It’s easy to neglect the eye area if you don’t have a product in your collection to specifically target them. Due to how thin and delicate the area is a lack of moisture and hydration really makes a noticeable difference in the form of fine lines and sagging skin. Popping on a dot of eye cream not only replaces that needed hydration but also delivers antiaging benefits (depending on the formula) and acts as a barrier to protect the eyes from your active serums spreading after they’ve been applied. Personally my main concern with this area is hydration + anti-aging, here are my go to products for more youthful looking eyes:

Eye gel masks— A cool refreshing gel mask to hydrate and smooth the eye area. Multiple forms of antioxidants, hyaluronic acid and peptides come together to create the perfect preventative aging treatment. Can be used daily, am or pm after cleanse before eye cream. Do not remove excess serum once masks are removed. PRO TIP: keep your jar in the fridge to boost depuffing effects.

Max eye cream— Stem cells, peptides and hyaluronic acid keep the area feeling plumped and fight signs of aging without any retinol or other active ingredients that potentially cause irritation. This formula is thin enough to be applied under makeup but rich enough to moisturize the delicate area. Apply after cleanse, before serums am and pm.

Max wrinkle smoother— A spot treatment for wrinkles that extends the life of your Botox, it is meant for crows feet, 11’s and forehead lines but it doubles as an eye treatment. Formulated with micro burst technology and concentrated peptides + stem cells to fight signs of aging, this product works in your sleep — all night long! A thin layer of this gel formula can be applied under your eye cream during your pm routine.

PRO TIP: do not forget to bring your eye creams and serums up to the brow bone, the top lid needs love too! You can read more about my favorites and find some honorable mentions (like the c eye serum!) all right here.
